Urban Food District

Fast, Elevated, Social

The Urban Food District will serve up a diverse range of global cuisines and three new bars in a lively, social setting, complemented by a vibrant beer garden and a hidden speakeasy bar. Located just a short stroll from Optus Stadium and adjacent to Crown Theatre, the Urban Food District will stay open late on weekends, with DJs creating the perfect atmosphere for catching up with friends after a game, concert, or show.

BURGERS BY ES

Yolk Life!

Hatching soon! Burgers by ES is the first vendor announced for the Urban Food District, and it’s bringing a global sensation to Australia for the very first time in early 2026.


Originally founded in Los Angeles in 2011, they've become an international culinary icon, celebrated for its chef-driven approach and obsession with quality eggs. Known for its gourmet egg-based burgers that can be enjoyed any time of day, and has captured hearts across the USA, London, and Japan.

The concept will operate as Burgers by ES, marking the debut of this international  favourite on Australian soil.  Burgers by ES will offer their fare right through the day - from breakfast to late night - with specialty burgers added to this outpost for all-day dining. Expect cult classics like the ‘Gaucho’ or the ‘Fairfax’, a sandwich made with soft scrambled eggs and chives, cheddar cheese, caramelised onions and sriracha mayo in a warm brioche bun. In addition to these famous dishes, Burgers by ES will introduce new menu items to the Australian market. 

Burgers by ES is just the beginning - stay tuned for more world-class names joining the lineup.

Construction is underway on Gladstones, an elegant new wine bar and tasting room set within the luxurious surrounds of Crown Towers. This cosy venue pays homage to Western Australia's world-renowned wine region.

Named in honour of Dr John Gladstones AO - the visionary who first recognised the potential of Margaret River, Gladstones is a celebration of terroir, craftsmanship and the people who shape each vintage.

Designed to reflect the natural beauty of WA’s landscapes, Gladstones offers a serene and stylish setting to sip, savour and unwind. Whether you're enjoying a pre-show sip or indulging as part of your stay, it’s a destination where every moment is elevated.
